We bought one of these from Fogdog and installed it in the garage and absolutely love it! We didn't have any of the fit problems mentioned in another review. Arms adjust easily so it is easy to get any style of bike perfectly parallel with the floor. You can point them in the same direction or opposite directions. the velcro straps that hold the front wheel straight and parallel with the frame is a nice extra - keeps the wheels from turning and keeps the wall from getting tire marks on it. All that AND made in the USA. Gotta love it!
Difficult to assemble, but sturdy once together - L. Colunga - APO (Japan)My husband and I recently purchased this aluminum floor-to-ceiling bicycle rack from another website and were very excited when we received it. However, once we started to put it together, we found it VERY DIFFICULT to assemble! The spacer and extenders were manufactured too large to fit in the main body pieces, which made simply sliding the pieces together impossible. Needless to say, we had to use some creative methods of our own to figure out how to get the pieces together, which took a couple of hours. Now that we have the rack assembled (with 4 bikes on it), it seems like it will hold, but it is wobbly when touched. We have concrete floors and ceilings however so the tension aspect of the design works great; it is very secure and isn't going anywhere. We were very dissapointed with the lack of attention paid to making sure the pieces would even fit together properly. Although the end product is good, I would not recommend this product to a friend due to its difficult assembly.

Good depending on what you're looking for.
Let me preface this by saying that I am not overweight in the least, but I work with people who are. I used to weigh 245lbs, but am now down into the 160s and have become a personal trainer. I know of just about every weightloss product on the market and could tell you whether or not it will work. I lost all of my weight with solely diet and exercise, but I can understand those who need a bit of help. One of my clients recently asked me if it would be a good idea for her to take this Alli supplement to help her lose weight. I asked her what was in it, and she said she didn't know, so I looked it up. It sounded legitimate enough, except for the "treatment effects". Essentially, Alli contains a compound called orlistat which binds to fats in your digestive tract, and carries them out of the body instead of allowing them to be absorbed. So, I decided to purchase a 120 pack to test it for myself before I let someone else go at it without me knowing about it. I should also say that I eat extremely healthy, and while I may eat a good amount of fat, it is all good fat (I only cook with olive, or canola oil, eat lean chicken or fish regularly with red meats about once a week, 50% of a meal is always vegetables and fruits, take 3g fish and 3g flax oil supplements everyday, and eat a few ounces of almonds throughout the day. Daily intake is around 1800-2000cal depending on the day). So, the first day I took one with each meal and didn't notice anything. I was ready to write this pill off as hype, until the second day (today). I woke up, went to class and felt like passing gas. Thank god against my good judgement I didn't, because I let it out in the car and immediately felt my underwear become wet. I couldn't believe it when I went home and had a bowel movement that the toilet was covered in orange oil which was the fat the pill removed. It smells horrid and is hard to remove. Therefore, I give this product a 3 star rating because it does exactly what it advertises. It removes excess fat from your body by passing it through your digestive system. However, if you aren't prepared, you can easily embarrass yourself with the product's treatment effects. Also, the product makes it harder for the body to take up fat soluble vitamins, so a multivitamin is a must. So, if you eat a lot of fat, this product won't really change anything for you like a thermogenic will, but it will show you and force you to eat less fat. I used "Zenical" under a prescription, and I was glad when it was approved for over-the-counter use as 'Alli'. As Zenical this product came in 120mg strength, but it was costing me over $190 for a 1-month supply. The Alli product represents a great reduction in monthly cost. Even at two 60mg pills per one 120mg pill, it costs about half as much as the prescribed product.I did get some cramping when I first started using it, but that only lasted a few days, and it wasn't unbearable. It's very important to read all of the literature that comes with this product, and to understand the expectations and benefits. This is not an appetite suppressant; it IS a great tool to assist you in modifying your consumption of fat. You should use this product only if your physician has provided you with a sensible diet that focuses on reducing total fat intake. Excellent product!I'd gotten highlights, and when I do, my hair feels like straw for a while afterwards. A couple days later, I picked this up and tried it. I could not believe the difference - my hair felt silkier than it had even before my highlights! Hello Kitty Hair DryerI bought this for my granddaughter and she loves it! The design is adorable and it works great.Good BASIC HairdryerI bought this for my 3 year old (we blowdry her hair after baths). After having used my dryer (a multi-speed, multi-warmth setting dryer) it was a little disappointing. This dryer only has one warmth setting accompanied with a LOW & HIGH setting. The first time we used it I had to direct the dryer a good 5" above her head as she complained it was "too hot". Thus, is took a lot longer to dry her hair. As far as basic functionality, the dryer works as advertised and is VERY cute. The BEST VolumizerI am definitely a Beauty Junkie. I have tried probably every Volumizing product on the market (including the much lauded Phyto Volumizer) but I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE this Kerastase product so much! It is by far the best! It leaves your hair silky smooth and with TONS of volume (even after blowdrying it for 15 minutes). It doesn't leave behind a gummy or sticky residue. What these products REALLY do.Let's get this all out there about what this product, as well as, all these "types" of products really does. This also relates to its sister product Lipo 6 - standard.Look, I've been doing competitive bodybuilding and power-lifting for years. Including help train athletes in college. There is no, I repeat, no product on the market that will actually crush, kill, remove, melt, or any other adjective, the fat from your body. There is no magic pill. There is really only one prescription drug that will actually help in reducing fat. For the life of me I can't think of the name, but, the side-effects include the onset of dramatic diarrhea. Why? Because the chemical combination of the drugs block the absorption of fat. What you end up getting is a slurry of fat mixed in with waste product, and there is no way of knowing when that sludge is about to be released. Sounds fun, eh? What Lipo 6 and these other types of fat burners, primarily do, is heat up the body in the act of trying to "melt" away the fat. Unfortunately, fat reserves don't melt away. They need to be utilized. How is that done? The short answer is; after all the glycogen has been utilized. Fat utilization doesn't take place until LONG after you start to work out, and it doesn't happen as you're just sitting there at your desk or watching TV. These types of supplements really only started to take off after we in the bodybuilding, powerlifting, and athletic arena were found out to be taking a radical combination of three "drugs/supplements" called "The triple Stack." What that consisted of was 100mg of caffeine, 325mg of aspirin and 25mg of Ephedra, taken 3 times a day. That combination created a "synergistic effect." Meaning, the combination of the drugs created more output then if the drugs were taking individually. It created a "heating" of the body, and the thought was that the "brown fat" (fat that has blood vessels running through it, primarily in the middle of the back) could be burned away. The other positive was that it gave you a great focus and energy during your workouts, plus, because of the caffeine, created a mild diuretic effect and a suppression of appetite. This was great if you were getting ready for a bodybuilding show or a wrestling match.Several years after this use of the triple stack, supplement companies started creating this combination of drugs, in their "natural" state, ie Guarana extract, mauwong (sp). This was a great alternative to buying the drugs individually. And, yeah! It had to be good for you, it's a legitimate supplement.Of course, after the death of a professional baseball player, who was taken this triple stack, and taking a lot of ephedra was confirmed that he died because of this use, (may also had to do with a bad ticker) the US banned the use of ephedra in supplements and general sales. (Go figure. We'd been using this stuff for years without any problems but because some idiot over does it, we all pay for it. Yet, how many people every year die because of cigarettes? hmmmm)Now, all the fat loss supplements out that are Ephedra free. Including all the Lipo-6 line, slimfast, Hydroxycut, you name it, they got it.What does this all mean? Well, there is still NO supplement that is going to melt away the fat. It takes a LOT of work. Diet and exercise, blah blah. Same as it ever was, same as it ever was. What this product is good for, is the same thing that the original Triple Stack was good for. Caffeine stimulation throughout the day, more focus at the gym, mild diuretic, and appetite suppression. Additionally, there is a reason why they want you to take this product first thing in the morning, 30 mins before your breakfast. It KILLS your morning appetite so you don't gorge yourself from being so hungry while you're trying to diet. The one thing I've noticed about Lipo Black, compared to Lipo 6, is that the effects of Black tend to last longer. And the morning appetite suppression is even more profound. I think the weight loss that MOST people are getting from these types of products, are really from water loss, which is what the first 10 lbs of ANY diet is going to be, plain and simple. The main reason our bodies fluctuate some much, especially in the morning is due to water, not fat gain or loss.All in all, I use the product for same reason I used the triple stack; as a supplement to help me get through the day and my workouts. You just need to think about what you're going to do with our own exercise and diet program. Just remember, no supplement is going to reduce you to a shredded monster or beauty. It's all in the physical and diet approach. Good, consistent, lasting energy boost - no crashI took only 2 of the recommended (3 pills) per 2x day dose on empty stomach - you are instructed it's ok to eat 30min post-dose. I was a big fan of ephedra when it was available and that product was a better appetite suppressant than this, but ephedra had a hard crash a few hours later. This one is best taken before a workout -- I was able to add to a run/cardio post weight routine and normally I'm wiped out after an hour of weights and abs. However, the appetite suppressant aspect wasn't really there for me. What I do really like about this product, and unlike ephedra, is that I have no insatiable thirst, no heart palpitations, no headaches, no surges of energy early on that leaves me sloth-like 4-6 hrs later. This product provides a bit more energy than 3 cups of strong coffee and stays with you for hours. I took at 830am and by 130pm when I had to take my second dose, I wasn't crashing but the effects weren't as intense. By the time I started my workout at 2pm, I felt better endurance. By 4pm, I was quite hungry and thirsty. By the time I went to bed at 10pm, I was naturally tired and had no trouble falling asleep. I'm curious as to how this compares with the Lipo 6 Hers -- I understand 6 Black is supposed to be stronger. I was hoping for more of an appetite suppressant effect tho, so I'll keep looking for that product that fits the bill.
